How to Make tasty Vegetable Rava / Suji Upma / semolina in easy steps
The Dish Upma can be made in different ways one from bread and another from semolina /Rava /Suji. it is a simple in making and tasty in the same way. It is often made in the morning breakfast. It tests better with Coconut sauce or with yogurt. I am bringing a way of semolina / Rava / Suji Upma.
Content: - One-half cup ..semolina / Rava / Suji
Half cup ... hot water
Half cup ... carrot and green peas boiled
1 onion chopped
2 Green chilled
7,8 Curry Patta / leaves
7.8 cashew nuts (fried in ghee)
1 teaspoon of Peanuts
1 tablespoon oil
Half the teaspoon black mustard seeds
Half a teaspoon black gram /Urad dal
Pinch
Half lemon
Coriander
Ways: - First,chop carrot in small pieces. Take chopped carrot and green peas and boil them
And Then take oil in frying Pan , let the oil get the heat , add black mustard seeds and urad dal / black gram Once Black mustard seeds get heated , and black gram / urad dal turns pink add peanuts , curry leaes / kadi patta and green chillies. After that add asafoetida /Hing and chopped onions and let it turn pink Now add semolina / Rava / Suji and heat it for two to three minutes
Later add chopped vegetables , cashew and salt to taste .
Add Water in it and keep stirring it..
In the last , add lime and coriander leaves and serve it with coconut chutney / sauce or Curd.
