20 to 25 small onions
1 small bit root
5 to 6 chillies (optional)
1 piece ginger
5 to 6 cloves
3 or 4 pieces of cinnamon
10 nos. Pepper
1/2 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
This onion is delicious in the taste as soon as you see it ,You feel like eating it. I have brought you the recipes of how to make it at home which you find in the hotel and restaurants . It is very easy to make. Also looks very nice.
Method: -
First, peel the onion and slice it as shown in the photo. Peel the ginger and bit root and take long slices as shown in the picture.

Then take water in a pot and add cinnamon, cloves and pepper. When it boils, add sugar, salt and beet root
And keep stirring it till the sugar and salt gets dissolved . When they sugar get dissolved, then turn off the gas and let the water cool down completely.
Then take onion, green chillies, ginger in a jar or airtight container and add chilled beet water and vinegar on it.
And shake well and mix.
