How to make Farali Dosa / Dhosa - for Fast - Crispy masala dosa with chutney -Indian dishes = South indian dish -
This can Serve 2 to3 persons easily
Ingredients to make Dosa Batter / Mixture : -
1 cup ... Barnyard millet / Moraiyo
1/2 cup ... Sago
1/2 cup ... Curd
oil or ghee as needed
salt as required
Ingredients of spices: -
૩ Boiled large potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
7.8 leaves of sweet neem / Kadi Patta
1/2 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons coriander
Green chillies
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Salt to taste
Method of spice: -
Chop the potatoes. Then put oil in a pan and add cumin, sesame seeds and groundnuts.
Method of Dhosa: -
Mix all the Moraiyo / Barnyard millet and sago and wash and keep soaking for 4 to 5 hours.
And enjoy the hot and tasty dosa ...

Method of Dhosa: -
Mix all the Moraiyo / Barnyard millet and sago and wash and keep soaking for 4 to 5 hours.
Then after 4 to 5 hours drain the excess water from it and add curd to it and crush it in a mixer (keep it like we do it for the dosa as it is).
Cover and keep the crushed batter for 1 hour.
Then after an hour add salt and add enough water and prepare the batter (similar to Dhosa batter).

And when the iron is hot, spread the dhosa pudding with a spoon or bowl and when it becomes a little greasy, apply oil or ghee and when it becomes crispy, take it off.
➡️To make green sauce Chutney : -
1 cup coriander 1/2 cup groundnut, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, sliced ginger, half a lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and salt to taste
