Delicious Indian Dish - Punjabi spicy paneer dish - 
Dish Name - Masala Paneer Capsicum

This dish is one of most served dishes of North Indian state of Punjab,

Masala paneer capsicum
      Ingredients :-( for gravy) ... 3 medium tomatoes
                     1 medium onion
                     3 garlic cloves
                     Shredded ginger
                     1 tablespoon ... butter or oil
                     2 cloves, 1 piece of cinnamon,
                     2 cardamoms, 1/2 teaspoon cumin ...


      For vegetables: -100 grams ... cheese
                         1 large capsicum (large slice)
                          Repair)
                         1 large onion (large slice)
                          Repair)
                         1/2 teaspoon cumin
                         1 cinnamon, 1 red chilli
                         2 tablespoons ... butter
                         2 ... tablespoons chili powder,
                         1/2 ... teaspoon turmeric

                         1 ... spoon coriander cumin
                          Add Salt to taste
                          1 tablespoon Kitchen King
                           Spices
                           Musk fenugreek
                          1 tablespoon cream
                          To garnish with coriander.
        Method: -First of All , Put butter in a pan to prepare gravy .
                         Add cumin, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
                        Then fry onion, tomato, garlic, ginger in it.
                        Saute onion and tomato till soft and let it  cool
                        Once smooth, crush in a mixer to make a smooth gravy.
                        The second time, put cumin in the pan butter rhythm, add cumin, dry the red chilli and add a pinch of
asafetida .
                Now add the prepared gravy then add the chili powder, turmeric, coriander cumin, salt, kitchen king spices everything in the gravy.
                 Cover the gravy and let it boil for 10 minutes.
                    When the gravy boils, add large pieces of cheese, onion, capsicum and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
                And finally take off the cream and musk fenugreek ... garnish with coriander and serve
