How to make delicious Focassia Bread Italian Bread in India Without Oven and Yeast - Food Blog

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Focasia bread is Italian bread. It looks as delicious in taste as it does in taste. You can use it in fried or even gralic bread. And its own taste is so good that it also looks very tasty There must be yeast in the outside bread. But I made this without yeast and without oven.
  Content: -
      2 cups raisins (50 gms)
      1 packet eno
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1 tablespoon sugar (ground)
      1/2 cup yogurt
      1/2 tsp baking powder
      Table spoon olive oil (optional)
      Grind 1/2 cup or semolina
      Table spoon garlic (finely chopped)
      1 cup toppings
      1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
      Mix 2 tablespoons of water and oil
      2 tablespoons oil to knead the flour
      Enough water needed (approximately half a cup)
➡️ * (I have taken onions, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, capsicum, red chillies, carrots in the toppings.)

 

➡️ * If you do not eat garlic-onion, you can also avoid it. And you can add anything else.
➡️ * Take this cup and spoon for measurement.➡️ * If there is no bread mold, it can also be done in a frying pan. This can be done in any shape.
  Method: -
       First whisk together the almonds, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
      Then add semolina /soozi   and mix everything well.
     Then add oil, yoghurt and put eno/ Baking soda  on it, take a little bit of water, mix everything and make a very soft flour.
     Then cover it and keep it on the side for at least 30 minutes (I have kept it for an hour or so).)
➡️ * Now grease the mold in which the bread is to be made with oil, put butter paper in it and prepare it.
Then add a little oil to the flour and mix well.
       And put it in a mold, giving it a bread-like shape.
Now cover it with a cloth and put it aside for another 30 minutes.
          After 20 minutes, dig a hole in it with your hands. And pour in half the oil-water mixture.
Then spread garlic on it. And then spread the rest of the toppings.
       Pour the rest of the oil-water mixture and then press it lightly with your fingers so that the toppings stick together.
Then place the stand, edge or plain dish in the pan and let it preheat for 10 minutes.
➡️ You can take multipurpose steel induction instead of PAN  cover steel induction with cloth
* I first made in multi purpose steel induction . It is also good.
       Leave it for 10 minutes and put the prepared bread mold in the pan.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
       Then turn off the gas and check it with a toothpick. If the toothpick doesn't hurt, it's ready. "🍞"
