Focasia bread is Italian bread. It looks as delicious in taste as it does in taste. You can use it in fried or even gralic bread. And its own taste is so good that it also looks very tasty There must be yeast in the outside bread. But I made this without yeast and without oven.

2 cups raisins (50 gms)
1 packet eno
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (ground)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Table spoon olive oil (optional)
Grind 1/2 cup or semolina
Table spoon garlic (finely chopped)
1 cup toppings
1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
Mix 2 tablespoons of water and oil
2 tablespoons oil to knead the flour
Enough water needed (approximately half a cup)

➡️ * If you do not eat garlic-onion, you can also avoid it. And you can add anything else.

Method: -
First whisk together the almonds, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Now cover it with a cloth and put it aside for another 30 minutes.
Leave it for 10 minutes and put the prepared bread mold in the pan.
