How to make delicious and tasty masala rose Corn Papad - Indian food -Starter food Starter of every part of india. Rose Shaped Papad Crispy Tasty

    Papad is loved by all, elders and young ones. In this too, masala papad is loved by small children as well. It looks  so tempting to eat. do try this at home.

 Content: -
   Large size of 5 to 6 papads
   8 to 10 Coin Papad
   1/2 cup boiled corn kernels
   1 Medium Tomato (Finely Chopped)
   1 small onion (finely chopped)
   Half a small capsicum (finely chopped)
   2 tablespoons coriander
   1 tablespoon chili powder
   1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
   1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
   Half a lemon juice
   Salt to taste
   Enough to fry in oil
Method: -
    First mix corn, tomato, capsicum and in a bowl.
     Then add coriander, chilly, chaat masala, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt and prepare the mixture

 

➡️*Now let the oil heat up slowly.
     To make rose papad, cut the papad with scissors from the edge in a round shape as shown in the photo below.
    Do not cut to the very end. As shown in the photo, leave a little portion of papad at the end
Then start from its edge and go round shown as below.
When it becomes round shaped like a rose, arrange the last part of the papad without cutting the it as follows.
Arrange the papad in a steel sieve like this. And keep a frying pan on top and fry.
   Enjoy a very tasty papad by filling all the papad fried corn mixture in between.
➡️ * Putting grated cheese on it also looks very tasty.
➡️ * To take papad only fresh, that is, it should not be battered while folding.
